Ingredients:
200g block of feta cheese
150g Pilaros Fire Roasted red peppers
1 red chili pepper
2 tbsp Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Kivotos honey from flowers and conifer trees
Garnish (optional): fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, chopped pistachios, extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
In a small food processor, add feta cheese, drained roasted red peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, and red chili pepper. You can add more than one chili pepper if you prefer extra heat—taste and adjust to your liking.
