Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
5 tbsp Solon extra virgin olive oil
6 ounces Pilaros Ionian Olives, pitted
1/4 tsp Kalas iodized sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
Using an immersion blender, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, dill, chives, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olives, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add more olive oil if you want a more fluid dressing and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over salad and enjoy!
