Ingredients:


  • 6-8 rice cakes

  • Mediterranean Tahini with cocoa spread

  • Mediterranean Tahini with pomegranate and cranberries spread

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Chopped nuts, pretzels, or toppings of your choice

  • Kalas iodized sea salt


Instructions:


  1. Spread the Tahini: Take your rice cakes and spread a generous layer of Mediterranean Tahini with cocoa on half of the rice cakes and the Mediterranean Tahini with pomegranate and cranberries on the other half. This adds a delicious variety of flavours—nutty and chocolatey on one side, fruity and tangy on the other.
