- 1 cup Pilaros Kalamata Olives
- 1 cup Pilaros Green Olives
- 1 cup Pilaros Almond-Stuffed Olives
- 1/2 cup Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In an oven-safe dish, combine Kalamata Olives, Green Olives, Almond-Stuffed Olives, Olive Oil, garlic cloves, rosemary, red chili flakes, and ground pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Using a vegetable peeler, create slices of orange and lemon. Set aside.**
Juice half of one orange over the olives. Cut the lemon into quarters and add them to the seasoned olives.
