- 80g Papadopoulos Petit-Beurre Biscuits

- 50g icing sugar

- 60g Nafsika’s Garden Cream Cheese Style

- 1 cup white chocolate


  1. Crush the biscuits until they reach a flour-like consistency.

  2. Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl with icing sugar and cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on a plate.

  4. Freeze the balls for 30-60 minutes.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.

  6. Once frozen, melt the white chocolate.

  7. Coat each cookie ball in white chocolate and transfer it to the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  8. Drizzle leftover white chocolate for decoration.
