Creamy Cashew Red Pepper Sauce: A Burst of Flavour

- 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews

- 1/4 cup Pilaros Fire Roasted Red Peppers

- Half a lemon, juiced

- 1 garlic clove, peeled

- 1/2 tsp Kalas Iodized Sea Salt

- 1/4 cup water


  1. Soak cashews overnight covered in cool water or pour boiling water over them and let soak for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Drain the cashews and put them in a blender with water, lemon juice, garlic, roasted red peppers, and salt.

  3. Blend for a couple of minutes until completely smooth. Add water if you want a more fluid sauce.

  4. Transfer to a container and store chilled for about a week.
