Herbed Dill Dip (Mediterranean‑Style)


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups plain Greek‑style yogurt (or plant‑based yogurt for a vegan option)

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2–3 tbsp Solon or Irini extra virgin olive oil

  • Kalas Sea Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste


Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, dill, garlic, and lemon juice.

  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth.

  3. Spoon into a serving dish and drizzle generously with olive oil.

  4. Garnish with fresh dill.


    Serve with warm bread, vegetables, or alongside your favorite spring and Easter dishes.
