Ingredients:

- 12 Diana marinated artichokes, quartered

- 1/4 cup Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 tsp Kalas Iodized sea salt

- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp onion powder


Dip:

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 garlic clove

- 1 tsp Iodized sea salt

- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees C.

  2. Drain marinated artichokes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add to a bowl with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Add artichokes in one layer to the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.

  4. While artichokes are cooking, add sour cream, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix and set aside.

  5. Serve the crispy artichoke hearts immediately with the dipping sauce.
